Life is a continuing series of separations and losses, small and large. Actually, grief is involved in all significant changes, losses, and transitions in life, not just caused by the death of a beloved person. We would pay a high price for not knowing how to experience healing of our grief. Evidences show that many psychosomatic illnesses are related to unhealed grief. Our counsellors would like to assist those who have experienced major changes or losses in life to express and work, through their devastating feelings of loss and guilt, to prevent unnecessary suffering. In fact, many losses are potential opportunities for personal growth.
