Hills Christian Caring & Counselling Centre Inc. (3C Centre) was established in October 2000. At the early stage, the Centre provided caring and counselling services for the Chinese community in Hills district of Sydney. In 2003, the Advisory Committee and Management Committee of the Centre, comprising Christian leaders and professionals with passion and commitment, were set up to supervise and support the operations of the Centre. The Centre was officially registered as a non-profit organization in its present name in January 2004.

The mission of the 3C Centre is to serve the community and families in Sydney with the love of Christ. Based on biblical principles, the Centre provides professional counselling and holistic caring service to help people establish harmonious family, good interpersonal relationship and healthy life.

By God’s grace, the 3C Centre continuously provides services with limited resource. The funding of the Centre mainly comes from the donations of the general public. The accounts and financial reports of the Centre are audited annually by independent auditor appointed.
